This being 2010, a year Mzantsi hosted the World Cup. This year was not only good for the soccer but also good for one of our athlete in that he completed double 10th runs in both Two Oceans and soweto marathon.
This he achieved by putting in a mileage of not more than 25k in training or should I say just attending races and of course he cycles.
I just want to take this opportunity to say well done to Colin on completion of these achievable goals.Now do not skip any of these …

Cape Town Marathon – Sunday 27 September 2007
We, members of RCS Gugs, will be marshalling on the route from Athlone Police Station to Sunrise Circle, Pinelands. The club will receive R2500 incentive payment for the work and we urgently require more members to successfully marshal that sector. So far the response has been disappointing so I urge members to get their own little groups together and contact Tanya (reply to this mail) to confirm assistance. Each marshal receives a t-shirt, food and drinks.
