It pays off to take part in most races because you get your picture on the web.

Our club do not only look to outsiders to lend a helping hand in terms of adding value to those who have nothing

As we have just launched our site one of the things we want to achieve is to get our members exposed in terms of having weekly spotlight on any member

Cape Town Marathon – Sunday 27 September 2007
We, members of RCS Gugs, will be marshalling on the route from Athlone Police Station to Sunrise Circle, Pinelands. The club will receive R2500 incentive payment for the work and we urgently require more members to successfully marshal that sector. So far the response has been disappointing so I urge members to get their own little groups together and contact Tanya (reply to this mail) to confirm assistance. Each marshal receives a t-shirt, food and drinks.
