The year is in full swing for all those who are still dreaming about last year. We have just had two races, B2B and Hohenort 15km. To those like me these two races have been a struggle but hey running is always like that.
Looking forward to seeing more of you on the road soon. Eish it is still tough though but hey we chose to be runners. Pain is just temporary.

We will try and keep up with results as much as we can depending when we get them from WPA. But headlines will always be there.
i am waiting on stock to arrive but i do have ladies vests
