It pays off to take part in most races because you get your picture on the web. So next time you are thinking of missing a race just think about the exposure you will get with your picture on the net.
Please guys and dolls let us paint all the races in black and orange like we always do. We are keeping the spirit of the club going. Let us keep it up.
These guys went up to Paarl to run inaugral 27km event on the 13th February.
