If it is not amazing then it is marvellous what our athletes are doing in these local races. The way they are performing leaves one to wonder what it is they are doing right. Well there is no secret to what they do. It is a simple case of discipline and hard work!

I have been watching week in week outhow my athletes are mesmirising the other athletes as is they that advantage above them. the overall performance of guys like Peter Tsawayo, Luxolo Mdzanga, Simphiwe Gceba and others is very reassuring for good things to come to the club.

Well it is no secret that Peter again conquered the Stragglers 15km in Strandfontein the past saturday.
