It was business as usual for RCS Gugs top athletes as they conqured both the senior men and junior boys and girls in the annual Thomas Mbiza event held in conjuction with the John Korasie 30km event. Peter Tsawayo came first overall in senior men. Asive Skabalahanjana came blistering fast for the other junior girls. In the boys section it was “Mugabe’s” chance to brace the podium since Luxolo Mdzanga was not running. If you care to know who Mugabe is or what he is up to next look no further than in RCS Gugs colours. Mugabe not his real name but we will furnish with full details when he decides to if he is willing to go by this assumed name.

Well to these athletes and to all those who took part in this event it was well attended. You out there not witnessing these shinning moments you are missing out. Do come along to the next event if you do not know which races are taking place for the week just look under this weeks races.
